Update for March 31, 2020

As you are no doubt aware, the situation with the COVID-19 virus is an evolving one. We will update the information here as things change. We are working to provide food to everyone who is in need.

Our building is closed to the public at this time. Please do not come to the building. With the assistance of others in the community, particularly Open Arms, we are delivering food directly to the homes of people in need.

If you need food, please either call and leave a message (902 679-3664) or email (foodbank@valleyns.com). Please leave your name and phone number (remember to speak clearly and slowly). We will get back to you as soon as possible to make arrangements.

If you wish to donate, we would welcome your help. We have a limited ability to receive small quantities of donated food at this time. If you wish to make a financial donation you may send a cheque in the mail (PO Box 933, Kentville, NS  B4N 4H8), or email us at foodbank@valleyns.com and we can give you information on other options.
